The Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen Filinvest's brand presence across its hospitality and property verticals. The role involves overseeing content production, managing media relations, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communication channels.

TEAM AND ROLE The Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategies that strengthen Filinvest Hospitality's brand presence across its hospitality and property verticals. The role involves overseeing content production, managing media relations, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external communication channels.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

BRAND MANAGEMENT: The role is to develop, protect, and evolve the Filinvest Hospitality brand across all touchpoints and platforms.

Brand Strategy. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with FHC's vision, mission, and core values across all hotel brands — Crimson, Quest, and Grafik. Brand Consistency. Ensure uniformity of brand identity, tone, and messaging across all internal and external communication materials. Brand Audits. Conduct periodic reviews of brand assets, guidelines, and execution to maintain quality and relevance. Agency Coordination. Manage relationships with external creative, PR, and media agencies to deliver brand campaigns on time and within budget.

COMMUNICATIONS & MEDIA RELATIONS: This includes managing the company's public image and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all channels.

Media Relations. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, and influencers. Coordinate press releases, media pitches, and interviews. Content Production. Oversee the creation of high-quality content including articles, press releases, social media posts, presentations, and corporate collaterals. Crisis Communications. Develop and implement communications protocols during reputational or operational challenges. Internal Communications. Ensure alignment of messaging across departments and properties through clear and timely internal communications.

DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA: This includes managing the company's digital presence and online brand reputation.

Social Media Management. Oversee content planning and publishing across FHC's social media platforms ensuring brand voice and engagement. Digital Campaigns. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing and operations teams. Performance Monitoring. Track and analyze the performance of communications and marketing initiatives using relevant metrics and KPIs.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Project Development, and Human Resources teams to support brand-aligned initiatives across all FHC properties and developments.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any related field.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, real estate, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or corporate communications.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
